Sun Tower & Dominion Building

Located on the edge of Gastown, both the Dominion Building and the Sun Tower are two of Vancouver’s most attractive heritage buildings. The Dominion building was Vancouver’s first steel-framed high-rise. At 53 m, the thirteen-storey, Second Empire style building was the tallest commercial building in the British Empire upon its completion in 1910. The Sun Tower is a Beaux-Arts style building standing at 82m tall.
